Chateau Mygo House of Seafood is located waterside at Marigot Bay. A third generation local restaurant owned and operated by Chef Shaid Rambally. His cuisine is an exotic fusion of East Indian and Creole cooking. Fresh ingredients such as mangoes, papayas, okra, taro root, ripe plaintains along with fresh Atlantic red snapper, mahi-mahi and Caribbean lobster are used in his recipes.
Chateau Mygo House of Seafood is also the only Sushi bar located on the west coast of St. Lucia. Try our spicy tuna roll or the crunch calamari roll. sashimi and a variety of hand rolls can also be special ordered.
We do over twenty(20) specialty thin crust pizzas such as the BBQ Chicken Pizza, The Hurricane, or the famous Lobster Pizza.
