The Sunrise villa is located on the highest point on the southern side of Marigot Bay.  It is designed to be private, quiet and intimate.  Tropical trees and vegetation along with amazing sunsets creates a truly natural Caribbean ambiance.

This villa reflects our French Creole heritage with large balconies, high ceilings, and a complete kitchen ready for any gourmet meal.  Constant trade winds create a tropical atmosphere however the villa is fully air conditioned for your convenience.  Our bathroom features a glass block shower and large mirrors.  Sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony overlooking Marigot Bay and the Caribbean Sea, a perfect place to sit and relax as yachts enter and leave the bay.

The 50 foot pool is exceptional for relaxing, sun-bathing, and taking in the "far-as-the-eye-can-see" view. There are patio chairs & furniture and a tables for enjoying romantic meals outside.

The Sunrise Villa is a 15 minute walk down the hillside to the beach of Marigot Bay, as well as the 4 waterside restaurants on the bay, the grocery/liquor store, a bank, dive shop, sailing charters and much more.
What's so great about the Sunset Villa is that it has access to two bays! There is a small, secluded bay that is very quiet and almost empty of people just to the south of Marigot Bay called Trou Rolland. Similarly, it is only about a 15 minute walk away, and is a beautiful, quiet tranquil cove. The snorkeling is excellent here.
